Our Story
- MY STORY -
Behind Lily My Cosmetics hides a young student passionate about cosmetics and well-being products. My real first name, Nelly, I was very often called Lily or Lilimay by my little mom <3.
The idea of getting into craftsmanship, making shea butter whipped cream by hand , came to me when I was 18, during my first year of a degree at the University of Reunion, in L1 Life Sciences.
Currently in a BTS in Management, I would like to continue as far as possible in this cosmetic adventure.
Originally from Reunion Island, my story begins with the desire to repair my small skin problems, especially those on my legs. I then came face to face with a jar of Pure Shea Butter ! It cost me a little expensive, so the desire to create according to my own natural composition of ingredients and create my own shea whipped cream came to me. This is how I would like to make every Reunion Islander benefit from creams in the form of whipped cream with a minimalist, simple and natural composition , without water or alcohol , and at affordable prices . My goal is therefore to help you, to satisfy you with my multifunctional products and highly concentrated in vitamins and antioxidants for the youngest as well as the oldest!
I would like to promote local produce, crafts, and highlight the miraculous ingredients full of virtues that our beautiful tropical island offers us!
The environment, my home
The environment is an essential element of our life to protect . For this, I do not hesitate to use recyclable materials such as wooden spatulas, instead of using plastic. I also recycle cardboard and bubble wrap for sending packages. Although I do not endorse the excessive use of plastic, I am considering using glass jars , which can be reused later.
Lily mes cosmetics has just been launched, and I still have a lot of ecological projects to implement, because for me, as a new generation, I have a lot of positive things to bring to my planet ;)
